Key Responsibilities: - Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals. - Support clients with mobility and physical exercises as needed. - Provide medication reminders. - Assist with household tasks including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. - Monitor and report any changes in the client's physical or mental health to the appropriate medical professionals or family members. - Offer companionship and engage in meaningful activities that foster emotional well-being. - Adhere to the client's individualized care plan and make suggestions for necessary adjustments. - Maintain a respectful and dignified treatment of clients at all times. Qualifications: Prior experience as a caregiver or in a related field preferred, but not required. Reliable vehicle with car insurance. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Patience, empathy, and compassion are essential qualities for success in this role.
