what we can do together. How You Will Achieve More: We are seeking
a talented and motivated Senior Research Associate to join our
Delivery Sciences' Team. If you are passionate about driving
innovation in the rapidly advancing lipid nanoparticle field and
working with cutting-edge gene-editing technology such as CRISPR,
come join us! This role will lead and support in vitro testing of
lipid nanoparticles for nucleic acid delivery and therapeutic gene
editing applications. You will work closely with a Senior Scientist
and collaborate with scientists and teams across Intellia,
including experts in cell biology, genomics, and in vivo
pharmacology. Responsibilities: Independently design and execute in
vitro potency evaluations of lipid nanoparticles in cell lines and
primary cells Apply and optimize state-of-the-art methods for the
assessment of genetic cargo delivery, including Flow Cytometry and
Next Generation Sequencing Maintain thorough and timely
documentation of experiments in an electronic lab notebook (ELN)
Analyze and interpret experimental data, communicate results, and
propose hypotheses to diverse scientific audiences Contribute to
the troubleshooting and continuous improvement of existing assays
and workflows Support lab operations, including oversight of
reagent and consumables inventory About You: The ideal candidate
will have a high level of scientific curiosity, independence, and
integrity. They will bring proven expertise and a proactive mindset
to a team setting where collaboration, delivery, accuracy, and
quality are valued. You are highly motivated and passionate about
working in a fast-paced, growing environment, and you demonstrate a
commitment to continuous improvement. B.S. or M.S. in molecular
biology, biochemistry, bioengineering, or a related field, with 3–5
years of relevant industry or research experience Highly proficient
and independent with cell culture and aseptic technique (primary
cells and cell lines maintenance and expansion). Previous
experience with primary cell isolation is a plus (e.g.; MACS,
EasySep or other immunomagnetic techniques). Hands-on experience
with genetic engineering, molecular biology techniques (PCR, qPCR,
ddPCR, gel electrophoresis) and protein analysis (Octet, MSD,
ELISA) Previous experience with Flow Cytometry is strongly
preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the
ability to present data clearly to multidisciplinary audiences
Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and
meet deadlines in a time-critical environment LI-Onsite EEOC

salary for this position is expected to range between $90,000.00 -
$110,000.00 USD per year. The salary offered is determined based on
a range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant
education and training, overall related experience, specialized,
rare or in-demand skill sets, internal comparators and other
business needs. Upon joining Intellia, your salary will be reviewed
periodically and additional factors such as time in role and
performance will be considered. Intellia may change the published
salary range based on company and market factors. Additional
compensation includes a performance-based annual cash bonus, a new
hire equity grant, and eligibility to be considered for annual
equity awards the value of which are determined annually at the
