Center (BDC) Agent to our Service Team. What We Offer Competitive

Efficient and accurate work in accordance with dealership and
factory standards Maintain an organized area Answering switchboard
phones Soft transferring incoming calls Communicate directly with
service advisors, and clients regarding the status of the service
work General computer tasks Respond to incoming client request
emails Follow up with clients after service Filing (Service Repair
Orders, Parts Counter Tickets, Car Deal Files, and Hard Copies)

company attendance policy Qualifications Auto dealership Internet
or Business Development Center (BDC) experience is a plus! Superior
communication and customer service skills Solid working knowledge
of the Internet Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude High School
Diploma or equivalent Pre-employment Requirements: All applicants
must successfully complete background checks, a motor vehicle
