Eastern Bank Marketing team is looking for a strong Digital Marketing Analyst who will manage digital campaigns across both paid and organic channels, email and marketing automation platforms, monitor and report the performance. The success of this role is to drive increased brand/product awareness, consumer outreach, customer acquisition (B2C and B2B), deepening/retaining existing relationships, oversee marketing agency and vendors, and report the success to the leadership.This person will be responsible for creating and implementing our B2B and consumer focused marketing campaigns across digital channels including but not limited to paid social, display, programmatic, search, website, email, and other paid content. In addition, the Digital Marketing Analyst will oversee the existing relationship with the vendors and agencies that assist Eastern in building and executing the digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will lead campaign analysis to drive continuous performance optimization to successfully meet desired objectives and improve ROI.The role requires strong digital marketing and analytical skills to be able to create, execute, and report on initiatives across different audiences and business objectives.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:* Paid Media (Social, Search, Display, Programmatic other): Collaborate with Strategy, Media, and Research Director and leverage performance analytics to develop an insights and data-driven digital media plan. Execute paid media programs and testing across these channels. Work with the vendors and agencies that provide technology and marketing services.* Work with stakeholders (product & business owners) to ensure that paid media campaigns, organic and website content or enhancements successfully meet their specific goals (Brand objectives of increasing awareness, engagement and favorability / perception and Product goals of demand/lead generation, B2B expansion, new customer acquisition and deepening /retaining existing relationships) within targeted budget.* Digital Campaign Management: Keep track of and monitor B2B and B2C focused campaigns for Eastern Bank divisions (business, commercial, consumer and retail) in real time. Identify marketing opportunities and work with the stakeholders and agencies to build and execute digital campaigns. Ability to build marketing plan, identify KPI's, delegate, work with the team and meet deadlines.Email and Marketing Automation: work with Eastern's marketing technology and automation leaders to build customer acquisition channels and journeys through Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Hubspot. Be able to build, execute, and monitor email campaigns. Create account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns for B2B by industries and verticals.* Analytics: Create reports and presentations for measurement of all digital activities, including KPIs and acceptable ROI and leverage the analytics to continually optimize spend. Track and report performance to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.* Track pace of overall digital marketing budget and manage applicable vendor / agency relationships* Reporting: identify KPI's and present to the stakeholders on digital marketing strategy and performance across both owned (web, organic social, email) and paid digital (social, display, programmatic, search). Be responsible for planning, execution, performance monitoring, and optimization in support of Eastern's overall digital strategy. Be able to back up marketing initiatives with the data.* Work with the Creative team to develop digital creative assets and ensure messaging is consistent and on-brand at every digital touchpoint* Perform other duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTS:* 5+ years' experience across multiple digital marketing channels including Social, Display, Search, Web, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) with hands-on expertise and track record of success in paid digital media (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook Ads, Instagram etc.)* Understanding of digital KPIs, performance measurement and optimization across paid and organic (Familiarity with Google Analytics, SA360, or other analytics software)* Strong analytical skills, ability analyze and present data. Advanced MS Excel, PivotTables, PowerPoint, Google Analytics.* Proficient in SEO/SEM best practices* Familiarity with or experience in B2B and ABM digital marketing strategies, platforms and tech stacks is highly preferred (e.G. LinkedIn Ads, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesForce, Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Dun & Bradstreet, etc.). Prior experience in B2B marketing highly preferred* Experience with email and/or marketing automation platforms* Demonstrated ability to think innovatively with a passion for learning to keep abreast of latest digital marketing trends* Deep attention to detail, strong technical skills, well-developed organizational skills, and ability to adapt quickly to change with a high degree of independent decision making with minimal supervision* Candidate should possess the quantitative acumen to formulate and execute multi-variate test plans and make real time adjustments once the campaign(s) are implemented. Experience utilizing data to infer trends and insights to drive decision making.* Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment while carrying multiple projects at any given time.
