Current Employees of EBNHC - Please use the internal careers portal to apply for positions.To learn more about working at EBNHC and our benefits, check out our Careers Page at careers.ebnhc.org .Time Type: Full timeDepartment: ESP AdministrationAll Locations: RevereDescription: The Quality & Data Performance Analyst is an integral member of the Neighborhood PACE (Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) Quality team who works collaboratively to support, optimize and coordinate various reports and submissions for federal and state quality and compliance monitoring. Serves as a technical and strategic resource for PACE quality, clinical and operations leadership around data, analytics and process improvement. Works closely with clinical managers to encourage data hygiene and advises on process and performance improvement efforts, including streamlining clinical workflows in our Epic EMR to improve efficiency and overall data integrity. Works with Quality Director to engage and educate staff around reporting tools used for compliance and clinical oversight. Serves as thought partner to Quality Director and Associate Vice President when devising reporting strategies and business intelligence tools. May participate in East Boston Neighborhood Health Center performance improvement efforts related to PACE.Duties and Responsibilities

  • Performs data validation to ensure timely quarterly reporting of HPMS data to CMS; works with Quality Analyst and Director to prepare for CMS and SAA quarterly calls
  • Collaborates with Quality Analyst and others on data collection and compilation of PACE State Quality Measures
  • Collection and submission of data for DataPACE2, National PACE benchmarking project.
  • Exploits opportunities to streamline regulatory data submissions
  • Assists with updating quarterly Quality and Compliance dashboards; attends various QI meetings to offer input and data analysis
  • Establishes trust and rapport with QI Committee chairs to provide Epic data analytics support and guidance
  • Supports Quality Director in executing Epic and other reporting and analytics assignments; seeks feedback on prioritization
  • Partners with IT BI team to troubleshoot reporting and data validation questions from staff and Quality team
  • Provides technical and strategic support to PACE Associate Vice President. This includes conducting research and/or developing reports and analysis for quality, clinical and operational projects.
  • Works with Director of Quality and clinical staff to identify and implement clinical outcome measures for PACE in Epic
  • Collaborative development and monitoring of control plans; Quantitative and qualitative metric development and implementation.EDUCATION:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration or a related field required.
    • Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration or Business preferred.EXPERIENCE:
      • Minimum two years-experience working with data in a health care or business environment.
      • Knowledge of and experience using quality improvement methodologies and PDSA cycles.
      • Project coordination and/or project management experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable.SKILLS/ABILITIES:--
        • Advanced in Microsoft Excel. Experience with Microsoft Access a plus.
