About the Role:Our company is growing, and we believe that our team is the key to our success! We are looking for an HR Generalist to support our Human Resources department. This role will focus on employee relations within Vitra Health and its entities, while also managing personnel records, HRIS system and documents, developing and implementing policies, administering all benefit plans and updating internal databases and assisting with recruitment efforts as needed. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, is a critical thinker and is willing to get things done. Knowledge of HR & employee relations bestpractices, benefits administration, and training & development is paramount.We require all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. We will do our best to work with each and every individual to discuss their needs, exemptions, and necessary accommodations.Human Resources Generalist Benefits and Perks:Salary is 70,000-90,000 based on experience Blue Cross Blue Shield Health Insurance with a 75% employer contribution Delta Dental and Eye Med Vision Benefits Supplemental Benefits including; FSA with $250 employer contribution, Life, Accident, Critical Illness and Disability Insurance 401K with a 4% dollar for dollar company match Generous Paid-Time-Off $500 Annual Wellness & Self Care Benefit Unique one-on-one care environment Supportive team structure and company culture with a focus on work/life balanceHuman Resources Generalist Essential Functions: Support the HR Department by administering human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave programs; disciplinary matters and corrective action; performance and talent management; productivity, culture and recognition; and training and development Provide advice and counsel on general employee relations issues; support employees and managers through complex employee relations matters and questions Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations Assists with employee recognition programs and initiatives Develop training & development initiativesacross the organization Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance. Manage all benefit plans and reporting, as well as work with benefit vendors and benefits broker to help manage the benefits open enrollment process Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law Manage employee records with confidentiality, proactively auditing and updating the HRIS system (Paylocity) with current information to ensure data integrity Provide support to employees across all entities with any HR-related questions and resolve any issues that may arise Project manage various HR programs and projects on an as needed basis to help support the growth of the organization and its employeesHuman Resources Generalist Requirements: 3-5 years of HR experience in a fast-paced HR department required Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required Understanding all components of human resoures including policies, systems, databases and metrics required Experience with HRIS, Microsoft Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems required Experience with Paylocity preferred Desire to work as a team with a "results driven" approach Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with close attention to detail Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitaskAbout Us:Vitra Health is a Home Health Care and Adult Day Health organization that specializes in care management of adults and seniors.
