Job Description Job Description Manufacturing Process Technician Shift: 7am - 7pm rotating schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 3 days off, includes weekends) Job Description Ideal Candidate Profile: · 1–2 years of manufacturing or inventory experience preferred · Comfortable working a 12?hour rotating shift (two?week rotation), 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM · Flexibility with working days is required Role Responsibilities: · Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and all applicable Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) requirements. · Identify and report discrepancies to the Team Leader or Production Supervisor to maintain product quality and workplace safety. · Support a strong quality mindset through a Right?First?Time approach. · Receive, stage, and prepare components for use in production processes. · Load materials into manufacturing equipment and perform sanitation activities as needed. · Complete required documentation accurately, understand Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and performance metrics, and participate in daily performance meetings. · Operate pallet jacks and manually wrap pallets for staging and shipment. · Use computer systems to manage material inventory and update electronic batch records. · Collaborate with cross?functional teams to identify and support continuous improvement initiatives. · Ensure components and finished products are available to maintain uninterrupted production. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
