Do you want to advance racial and economic justice while tackling
climate change? Join an innovative nonprofit organization, All In
Energy, working to expand access to climate solutions and green
jobs across the Commonwealth. Our mission is to accelerate an
inclusive clean energy economy. We work hand-in-hand with cities
and local community organizations to connect communities of color,

families save money, make their homes healthier, and combat climate
change. The Programs Data Analyst role is embedded within the

accurate, accessible, and aligned with program needs. The Programs
Data Analyst works as an integrated subject-matter partner across
the Programs and Data & Product teams. The role stays closely
connected to the Data & Product team to understand existing
systems, definitions, and reporting logic, while working day-to-day
with program teams to gain insights to understand the story behind
the numbers and to support leadership to translate data into
timely, actionable insights that support implementation decisions

to improve data quality, clarify data-tracking practices, and
recommend workflow improvements. Internal Learning, Coaching & Data
Reviews The Programs Data Analyst supports program managers and
directors by preparing data summaries for coaching, reflection, and
learning conversations, participating in internal and
partner-facing data reviews as a thought partner, and helping teams
use data as a tool for learning and improvement rather than
compliance or performance policing. Cross-Team Coordination,
Documentation & Enablement The Programs Data Analyst stays closely
connected to the Data & Impact team and other departments to
understand existing data systems and reporting logic, supports
internal data needs using current tools, and creates documentation
and training that help staff interpret dashboards, use
program-facing reports effectively, and onboard into program-side
data practices. Required Qualifications: Commitment to racial,

data analysis, program evaluation, analytics, or a related field
(professional or equivalent applied experience). Intermediate
proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including pivot tables,

ability to learn comparable CRM reporting environments. Experience
creating dashboards, visualizations, or structured reporting tools
(e.g., Salesforce dashboards, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar
platforms). Highly organized, with strong documentation habits and
attention to detail. Ability to work independently with guidance,
including asking questions and seeking out support as needed.
Experience operating in a cross-functional environment, partnering

hybrid role, with approximately 20% in-person time in the Lawrence
office. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with technical
concepts such as CRM automation, custom fields, or reporting logic
(not required). Experience supporting program evaluation, grant
reporting, or internal learning initiatives. Experience training or
coaching staff on data tools, dashboards, or data-informed
practices. Experience working in nonprofit, housing, municipal,
utility, or community-based program settings. Experience
contributing to strategic planning or supporting leadership in
interpreting data for higher-level decisions. Experience designing
or stewarding internal oversight tools or operational reporting
systems. Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, Khmer, Vietnamese, or
