This role entails the high-level design and implementation of cutting-edge security measures, ensuring robust cybersecurity protocols are deeply integrated with business processes to protect our sprawling digital assets. By joining our Boston-based team, you will be instrumental in spearheading initiatives that secure the financial services industrys most critical systems and data. Develop and oversee the comprehensive security architecture for all IT projects. Evaluate and incorporate emerging security technologies and standards. Design security layers to protect digital assets and critical data. Collaborate with leadership to align security strategies with business objectives. Lead the security architecture review board and mentorship of security architects. Audit and significantly enhance existing security solutions and frameworks. Expertise in network and IT security architecture Proficient in risk management and security assessments Strong leadership capabilities and strategic planning Excellent knowledge of public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC, NIST) Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control) AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent
