• Work in alignment with the business for rollout and minor enhancements related to Cell Therapy and Gene Therapy labs in the US.
• Leverage specialized functional or technical expertise to solve complex problems individually or as part of a team.
• Experience with agile product development.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Coordinate with team members to identify service improvement and automation initiatives, as directed by leads.
• Prepare and present reports to customers.Requirements:

• Expertise in CMC Biologics domain, Equipment, IDBS, Revit, or related areas.
• Degree with Biomedical or Biotech background.
• Essential Skills: CMC Biologics domain, Equipment, IDBS, Revit.
• Nice to Have Skills: Experience in Pharma Labs.Salary and Benefits:This position is eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to plan terms.The annual salary ranges from $66,896 to $132,500, depending on experience and qualifications.Benefits include:
