SUMMARY: Are you a dependable and caring individual seeking
full-time work in a supportive, resident-focused environment? We
are looking for a full-time Dietary Aide to join our team at Aaron
Manor. In this role, you will help prepare and serve meals,
maintain kitchen and dining area cleanliness and safety, and
contribute to a pleasant, respectful dining atmosphere for our
residents. RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare meals, snacks, and beverages
according to menu plans, dietary orders, and facility protocols.
Serve meals to residents and deliver trays as scheduled, ensuring
diets and special dietary needs (e.g., therapeutic or
texture-modified diets) are followed correctly. Assist with set-up
and clean-up of dining areas and kitchen: washing dishes,
sanitizing kitchenware, cleaning surfaces, floors, and dining
rooms. Perform inventory management and restocking of food
supplies; monitor food expiration and storage per safety standards.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures at
all times. Communicate with residents, dietary staff, and the care
team about dietary needs, preferences, and any concerns. Perform
additional duties as assigned by the Dietary Manager or Food
Service Supervisor (e.g., special-diet tray prep, temperature logs,
sanitation tasks). QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED
preferred (or equivalent). Previous experience in food service or
healthcare dietary settings preferred but not required. Ability to
read and understand meal orders, dietary instructions, and follow
recipes or menus carefully. Good communication and interpersonal
skills; ability to work well with residents, families, and staff
members. Physical stamina: ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and
carry items (food trays, supplies) as needed throughout shift.
Commitment to food safety, sanitation, and respect for resident
dignity. ABOUT US: Ryders Health Management is a family-owned
management company overseeing Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation
