Clean Harbors, a North American leader in comprehensive environmental, energy, and industrial services, is seeking a CDL B Driver - Sales and Service Rep for our Transportation & Logistics department. This role focuses on providing reliable transportation and disposal services for hazardous materials while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety guidelines. In addition to driving responsibilities, this role involves client interaction and sales, offering a challenging and rewarding mix of duties that contribute directly to the protection of our environment and public safety. Safely transport hazardous wastes and materials following all local, state, and federal regulations. Perform daily checks on vehicles and equipment to ensure functional safety. Provide excellent customer service while on-site, resolving client inquiries and enhancing client relationships. Document and log work/rest periods, miles spent driving, and retain fuel/toll receipts. Identify, pursue, and acquire new service opportunities through direct client interactions during route activities. Train and adhere to Clean Harbors' environmental and safety standards. Strong driving skills and understanding of transportation logistics specific to hazardous materials. Good interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer interactions. Basic mechanical knowledge for vehicle and equipment assessments. Sales skills with the ability to secure service contracts and build client relationships. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid CDL B license with clean driving record. HazMat and Tanker endorsements. OSHA HazWoper certification preferred.
