fast-paced, upscale environment, ensuring the preparation and
presentation of dishes meet the high standards Marriott is
celebrated for globally. This role is ideal for those who flourish
in organized, vibrant team settings and are eager to offer an
exceptional dining experience to our guests. Prepare ingredients
and execute dishes according to the menu specifications while
adhering to safety and cleanliness standards. Work collaboratively
with other team members to ensure timely preparation of
high-quality food. Manage ingredient inventories and ensure
adherence to all sanitation regulations. Monitor kitchen equipment
and report any malfunctions or safety issues to the kitchen
manager. Participate in culinary training sessions and stay updated
on new cooking techniques and menu changes. Proficiency in various
cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures Ability to
handle a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
Excellent communication and organizational skills Deep
understanding of sanitation regulations and safety standards Food
Handler's Certificate Culinary certification (e.g., ACF Certified
Culinarian) preferred but not required
