AA Transportation Co., Inc. provides contract transportation services to more than 22 public and private school districts in Central Massachusetts. Duties: Pre/Post trip vehicle inspection Safely transport students from home-to-school & school-to-home Guaranteed 25 hours per week/split shift Additional charter work available We assist you in obtaining: DOT Physical & Medical Card CDL B Permit or 7D Certificate (We provide CDL/School Bus Certificate Training.) Benefits Package: NEW PAY PACKAGE School Bus Drivers: $33.25 7D Van Drivers: $26.25 Monitors: $21.00 *In Effect Beginning at the Start of 2025 School Year Paid Training Paid Safety Meeting Attendance 401(k) with Company match Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits Available Attendance Bonus Earned Sick Time Paid Snow Days (Full-time Driver/ Monitor positions) Advancement Opportunities
