Job Summary Restaurant Associates at Harvard Treehouse is seeking a dynamic Catering Operations Manager to lead the planning and execution of all on premise events. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and enjoys creating memorable experiences. What You’ll Do: Collaborate with clients to design menus and event details within budget Coordinate with chefs, vendors, and internal teams to ensure flawless execution Hire, train, and schedule catering staff Manage vendor contracts, event logistics, and financial records Ensure high-quality service and resolve client concerns Be hands on during events to ensure operational excellence and coach your team to continuous improvement Review event performance and drive continuous improvement/ innovation What We’re Looking For: 3–5 years of experience in catering or hospitality management Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Proven ability to manage budgets, staffing, and client relationships Comfortable working independently and adapting to changing demands Associates at Restaurant Associates are offered many fantastic benefits.
