Bartender $18-30/hr Welcome to the birthplace of deep dish pizza! We are looking for restaurant professionals to join Uno Pizzeria & Grill. We need your knowledge and enthusiasm! Personality is key when behind our bar! Having a good time while creating a connection with our guest will create a following! Get ready to mix, garnish and serve beverages according to our delish recipes!

  Job Summary
  • Provide friendly, upbeat, and highly professional service to customers at your respective section/area.
  • Ensure that every guest receives exceptional overall experience.
  • Be knowledgeable of all food & beverage offerings and offer suggestions to ensure an optimal dining experience.
  • Setup, breakdown and maintain a clean and stocked bar by executing all opening, running and closing side work. This includes, but is not limited to, prepping garnishes, folding napkins, wiping down all bottles, organizing end-of-night financials, restocking.
  • Provide beverages for dining guests via the service bar.
  • Assist all staff by being a source of knowledge for all beverages.
  • Protect the establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol control policies.
    Requirements
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially for customer interaction
    • Patience and composure when dealing with guests
    • Ability to work well in a stressful and fast-paced environment
    • Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds
    • Flexibility to work any shifts, including evenings and weekends
    • Prior experience mixing and serving drinks
    • High level of stamina to work on your feet for extended periods of time
    • Have a great attitude and desire to learn and excel at your job (training will be provided!)
    • Team-oriented
    • Be on time, be dependable!
