This role is critical as our department currently faces recruitment challenges with 28 open positions. The successful candidate will join a dedicated team and play an essential role in providing respiratory care across various patient demographics. /n/nResponsibilities/n /n - Provide direct respiratory care to patients in diverse settings including acute care and critical care. /n - Manage ventilation for patients of all ages, including those in NICU/PICU and adult settings. /n - Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans. /n /n/nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure/n /n - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist. /n - BLS certification required; ACLS preferred; NRP certification for NICU required. /n - Tertiary and teaching hospital experience is preferred. /n - Flexibility to float between adult and pediatric departments. /n /n/nWhy ARMStaffing?/n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
