Position Join Our Team as a Psychiatry - Child and Adolescent
Psychiatry Specialist Are you a dedicated mental health
professional passionate about making a difference in the lives of
children and adolescents? We are seeking a compassionate and
experienced Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to provide expert
care and support to young patients. Join our dynamic team and

outcomes in our community. What You Will Do: As a Child and
Adolescent Psychiatrist, you will conduct comprehensive
assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver
evidence-based psychiatric services to children and teens. Your
expertise will help foster resilience and well-being in some of our
most vulnerable populations. You will collaborate with a
multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and effective care.
Required Skills: Valid and current Massachusetts medical license
Board certification in Psychiatry, with specialization in Child and
Adolescent Psychiatry Successful completion of Child and Adolescent
Behavioral Health Board Certification Proven experience in
diagnosing and treating pediatric mental health disorders Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively
within a team-oriented environment Nice to Have Skills: Experience
with CPI (Crisis Prevention and Intervention) training Familiarity
with electronic health records (EHR) systems Bilingual abilities to
serve diverse populations Prior experience in outpatient or
inpatient child/adolescent psychiatric settings Preferred Education
and Experience: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Residency and fellowship training in Child and Adolescent
Psychiatry Minimum of 2 years of postgraduate clinical experience
in pediatric psychiatry Other Requirements: Must possess valid MA
medical license Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health CPI training
required Willingness to participate in ongoing continuing education
Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including potential weekend or
evening hours Ability to travel for professional development or
