Job Description:

looking for a Director-Rehab Clinical to guide our clinical teams
toward achieving unparalleled outcomes in patient recovery. This
role demands an inspirational leader who can enforce and innovate
our treatment methodologies, ensuring high standards of patient
care tailored to post-hospital recovery from surgery, injury, or
illness. The Director will oversee the clinical operations, set
quality standards, evaluate current practices, and collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to enhance operational efficiency and
patient outcomes. Lead, develop, and oversee the operations of
clinical teams across all rehabilitation disciplines. Design and
implement policies and practices to ensure adherence to national
healthcare standards and guidelines. Evaluate treatment
effectiveness and establish protocols aimed at enhancing patient
independence post-recovery. Collaborate with healthcare providers,
managers, and supportive staff to integrate and optimize all
aspects of patient care. Manage budget, staffing, and resource
allocation efficiently, ensuring the sustainability and growth of
the department. Stay updated with the latest trends in
rehabilitation care and integrate innovative methods and
technologies into practice. Ensure compliance with healthcare
regulations and participate in accreditation processes. Proven
leadership and organizational skills Strong clinical judgment High
proficiency in evidence-based rehabilitation practices Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage budgets
and resources In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and
accreditation Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist Certification
in healthcare management (preferred) BLS/ACLS certification
