The clinical supervisor is accountable to the Senior Director of Behavioral Health Services, who is responsible for providing supervision and training. The clinical supervisor is one who actively promotes the philosophy of the Gándara Center and maintains a high level of commitment to the program. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide weekly supervisor Co-facilitate bi-weekly group supervision Interviewing and part of the hiring decision for clincial staff Evaluation of staff performance Implement policies and procedures for agency and program. Review and ensure person served records, including treatment plans and CANS meet quality standards Follow all MCE specifications for OP Therapists Provide training to clinicians Ensure teams meet billing and productivity requirements Requirement to keep current on all Agency, Government and Funding trainings and health requirements (OSHA, Sexual Harassment, etc) Completes all the necessary paperwork in a strength-based manner per Agency requirements, (i.e. court letters, change of placement forms, Referrals, ICP, Progress Notes, evaluation instruments, consent forms, etc.) Complete time sheets, mileage forms etc. and submit them accurately and in a timely manner Provide oversight of required documentations Minimum Qualifications: Independently licensed in Massachusetts in a mental health field (LMHC, LICSW, LADCI, LMFT) Possess a master’s degree in a human services field from an accredited university Demonstrated ability to be innovative, creative, analytical and decisive in problem solving Demonstrated communications, administrative and organizational capabilities Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and community agencies: School Dept., DCF, DYS, Juvenile Court, etc. Must have a driver’s license The Gándara Mental Health Center provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
