and coordinate patient care using the nursing process Ensure
positive clinical outcomes and maintain compliance Supervise and
support CNAs and QMAs Excellent documentation Requirements of the
Licensed Nurse: Licensed Nurse in the State of Massachusetts
Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care facility
preferred Strong organizational skills; detail oriented Exceptional
critical thinking skills High level of professionalism and
confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards Must have
compassion, tolerance and understanding for older adults. From
short term rehab and recovery to long term skilled nursing care,
