Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA - Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment - BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC - 2 years current experience in Physical Therapy in Home Health - Home Health and/or Hospice experience - OASIS experience - Permanent address must be included in submission file Assignment Details - Facility Type: Home Health - Shift: Days - Shift Details: Monday - Friday; around 8/9am start, 40 hours per week - Weekend Requirement: None Location Highlights Littleton, NH offers a variety of recreational and cultural attractions.
