Job Description:
Genesis HealthCare, a leader in post-acute, rehabilitation, and
long-term care services, is seeking a skilled and passionate
Registered Nurse to join our team as a Unit Manager. This role
requires a dynamic leader who can oversee nursing staff, ensure the
highest quality of care, and promote an environment focused on the
health and well-being of our patients. As a Unit Manager, you will
collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, manage patient
care protocols, and contribute to the development and
implementation of patient care plans. This position offers a unique

Manage and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the unit.
Ensure adherence to all policies and regulations for patient care
and safety. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary
professional staff. Conduct training sessions with nursing staff to
ensure continuous development. Evaluate patient care plans and
monitor patient health outcomes. Administer medications and
maintain accurate patient records. Serve as a liaison between
healthcare providers, patients, and families. Strong leadership and
organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Proficient in clinical practices and protocols Ability to
handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively Knowledge of
healthcare regulations and standards Medical Insurance Dental

Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced
Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
