Physical Therapist Location: Colebrook, NH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,786 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 18 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapist Specialty: Outpatient Duration: 18 Weeks Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: 2 years current Physical Therapy experience required; Outpatient experience required; Inpatient experience highly preferred License: Active state license required Certifications: American Heart Association BLS required Must-Have: - Work history - Physical Therapy skills checklist - Supervisory signed reference from the past year of employment - License verification - Permanent address must be included in submission Description: Physical Therapist needed for hospital-based outpatient clinic. Coverage of inpatient overflow may be required. Experience in observation and acute skilled nursing facilities is highly preferred. Candidates should investigate housing options prior to application.
