Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Portsmouth, NH Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,038 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, 03805! Job Opportunity – Travel RN Medical-Surgical – New Hampshire Start Date: December 15, 2025 Location: Portsmouth, New Hampshire Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week, every other weekend, rotating holidays Highlights: 36-bed medical-surgical unit with telemetry capabilities Patient ratio of 1:6, occasionally 1:7 during surge periods Meditech Expanse documentation system Self-scheduling available with leadership oversight to balance unit needs Float only to same level of care Unit secretary support on day shift and LNA support on both shifts Requirements: Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a hospital setting required Active Compact RN License (must be active at time of submission) Current BLS certification IV certification required Medical-Surgical experience strongly preferred Clinical Skills & Responsibilities: Continuous bladder irrigation (CBI) Wound care and drain management (chest tubes, Jackson-Pratt drains) Foley catheter insertion Central line dressing changes Telemetry monitoring and EKGs as needed Bedside shift report, hourly safety rounding, and personal patient connections Why It's a Great Opportunity: This medical-surgical role offers the chance to utilize advanced clinical skills in a supportive environment with strong ancillary support and scheduling flexibility.
