Occupational Therapist Role $2,000-$2,100 per week Occupational
Therapist (OT) - Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Are you an
Occupational Therapist passionate about enhancing the quality of
life for others? Join our dedicated team in Barre, Vermont, where
you'll provide transformative care to residents in a dynamic and
supportive Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). Key Responsibilities: -
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess residents' functional
abilities and therapy needs. - Develop and implement individualized
treatment plans to help residents achieve their therapy goals. -
Provide therapeutic interventions focused on improving daily
living, mobility, and functional skills. - Collaborate with an
interdisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patient
care. - Accurately document evaluations, progress, and treatment
outcomes in accordance with regulatory and facility requirements.
Qualifications: - Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license -
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. - Skilled
Nursing Facility experience (preferred but not required). -
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving
