Boston Region As part of our continued growth and expansion in the
Greater Boston area, we are seeking talented and experienced Hotel
Housekeeping Managers to join our team and help shape the future of
hospitality. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated leader
with a strong background in Housekeeping Operations and a passion

we want you to be a part of it. About the Role: We're looking for
an engaging, detail-oriented, and hands-on Hotel Housekeeping
Manager to lead and inspire our housekeeping team. In this role,
you'll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of
cleanliness and presentation across the property, ensuring a
consistently outstanding experience for our guests. Key
Responsibilities: Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team
to deliver exceptional service Ensure all rooms and public spaces
meet brand and company cleanliness standards Monitor inventory and
ensure timely supply ordering Collaborate with hotel leadership to
enhance guest satisfaction scores Implement operational
improvements and foster a positive team culture What We're Looking
For: 3 years of proven experience in housekeeping management within
the hospitality industry Strong leadership skills with a focus on
team development Detail-oriented with a commitment to cleanliness
and guest service excellence Specific brand experience preferred
Proficient in English language/Bilingual is a plus Excellent
communication and organizational abilities A proactive,
solutions-focused mindset Flexibility to work a rotating schedule,
