About the Role: We're looking for an engaging, detail-oriented, and hands-on Hotel Housekeeping Manager to lead and inspire our housekeeping team. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across the property, ensuring a consistently outstanding experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities: Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service Ensure all rooms and public spaces meet brand and company cleanliness standards Monitor inventory and ensure timely supply ordering Collaborate with hotel leadership to enhance guest satisfaction scores Implement operational improvements and foster a positive team culture What We're Looking For: 3 years of proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development Detail-oriented with a commitment to cleanliness and guest service excellence Specific brand experience preferred Proficient in English language/Bilingual is a plus Excellent communication and organizational abilities A proactive, solutions-focused mindset Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays Why Join Colwen Hotels?
