Leave Management Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Manager of Leave Management.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the organization's leave policies and programs
Ensure compliance with federal and state laws regarding leave management
Manage leave requests, track absences, and analyze leave data for trends and improvements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
Minimum five years of experience in Human Resources
Minimum three years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity preferred
Experience in interpreting organizational policy and federal/state FMLA regulations
