A company is looking for a Vice President, Data and AI Governance.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive data governance framework aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
Evolve frameworks for AI model governance, focusing on accuracy and bias, and collaborate with Engineering on AI monitoring systems
Prepare and present data governance reports to executive leadership and the board, highlighting key findings and recommendations

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Business Analytics Strategy, Operational Business Intelligence Strategy, or Data Management
Proven experience in data governance initiatives, preferably within the healthcare or technology industry
Expertise in AI development and governance, with strong knowledge of healthcare data regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR)
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
