We are looking for your talents!Full Job DescriptionPosition Overview: The Front Office Manager is responsible for all daily aspects of the Front Office Operations while on duty. The Front Office Manager will ensure all of the Front Office team members offer incredible customer service and provide a memorable experiences for our guests. The Front Office Manager reports directly to Assistant General Manager.Major Duties & Responsibilities: *Provide an issue free environment through motivation, support, empowerment and development of team members.Deliver unparalleled service above and beyond the norm to exceed customer expectations.Monitor GSS and respond to all reviews.Own all customer complaints and issues and seek immediate resolve.Oversee cash and bank handling procedures with all Crew daily and ensures adherence to company standards.Conduct arrival and departure audits in all areas of Front OfficeRecommend local tourist spots, including places to dine, shop and sight-see.Promote all hotel amenities, conveniences, food & beverage offerings, and amenities offered.Conduct a daily pre-shift meeting on each shift and be current on all in-house events and citywide attractions.Develop, train, coach and counsel crew members.Act as the Manager on Duty as assigned and take responsibility for all hotel related issues and events.Demonstrate self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm always.Provide updated room availability and rate information to the team as directed.Ensure the following activities are completed during the shift: Crew Services discrepancy reports are resolved; VIP assignments are completed; charges are posted and rate changes are completed; shift audits and variance reports are accurate and completed; unexpected stay-overs are extended and same day after hours' reservations are processed accordingly.Flexible schedule allowing for the ability to work all shifts including mornings, evenings, overnights, holidays, and weekends.Perform other tasks as assigned by the AGM.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWeekend availabilityEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Hotel experience: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
