Job Description:
Posting Summary Responsible for the maintenance and repair of
all types of exterior building envelope systems in accordance with
manufacturer’s specifications, University guidelines, and normal
trade practices. Access information utilizing appropriate software
applications. Promote a workplace culture that encourages safety
within the shop and in the field. Communicate problems and repair
protocols/time frames to building occupants. Update records
accordingly. Operate a university vehicle. May be required to
operate an aerial lift. Report to Zone Supervisor and actively
engage in learning and practicing principles of social justice and
inclusion, environmental sustainability and delivering great
customer experience.
