Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Service Technician for our client, a manufacturing company in Acton, MA. This is a DIRECT HIRE position. The main responsibility is to lead the repairs and maintenance of machines by providing excellent customer support. Travel Requirements : 20% travel/year to customer locations in North America and Canada Maintenance and repair of machines, specifically hydraulic machines Troubleshooting and diagnosing machine errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions Provide service and customer support on phone and on site Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks by cooperating with the technical team Providing professional customer support via phone and email This is a Full-Time, Direct Hire position The hours will be Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM. Ideally, for training hours they would like the candidate to be available 7:00am-3:30pm or 10:30am-7:00 pm.
