Job Description:
CNC Engineer Position Summary We’re hiring a CNC Engineer with 3
years of experience in CNC programming and machine setup. This role
supports precision machining of complex parts across materials like
stainless, aluminum, titanium, and superalloys—from prototype to
production. A background in mechanical design and a degree in
Mechanical Engineering is preferred. Key Responsibilities Develop
and optimize CNC programs using CAM software. Set up and run
multi-axis CNC mills and lathes to tight tolerances (±0.0003").
Design and refine workholding solutions and fixtures. Read and
interpret mechanical drawings and GD&T. Collaborate with
engineering and quality teams to resolve production issues and
improve workflows. Maintain accurate documentation and support
process improvement initiatives. Qualifications 3 years of CNC
machining experience, including programming and setups. Proficient
with CAM software and 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks or similar). Strong
understanding of mechanical design and manufacturing processes.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred. Experience
with automated machining environments and in-process inspection
tools. Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality documentation.
