responsibilites for the Quality Engineer will include: Ensure
product compliance with AS9100C, ISO9001, and customer quality
standards. Collaborate directly with customers and suppliers to
resolve quality issues and drive process improvements. Lead root
cause analyses and corrective actions using 8D and 5 Why's
methodologies. Implement advanced inspection technologies such as
CMM and vision systems. Support engineering teams with new product
introduction (NPI) and quality analysis. Conduct internal audits to
maintain high-quality standards and certifications. Monitor quality
metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Work with a

the following: A four-year degree or equivalent (or 5 years of
relevant inspection experience). 2-3 years of experience as a
Quality Engineer or in a similar quality-focused role. Strong
knowledge of AS9100C, ISO9001, and lean manufacturing principles.
Proficiency in interpreting GD&T blueprints and performing shop
math (including trigonometry). Familiarity with quality tools like
8D, 5 Why's, and statistical process control (SPC). Hands-on
experience with advanced inspection tools (CMM, vision systems,
etc.). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to work
with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and
other digital tools for reporting and analysis. A proactive
approach to driving quality improvements and ensuring compliance.
