Job Description:
Senior Program Manager Job Description Responsibilities: Ensures
Project(s) / Program(s) performance to cost, schedule and technical
requirements as well as compliance with government regulations and
company policy. Builds customer and internal team relationships.
Assists with business development group in developing competitive
proposals and bids. Provides regular presentations to leadership
and internal stakeholders on project performance, including Risk
and Opportunities assessment to success. May provide day to day
direction of cross functional development & manufacturing team.
Escalates business execution issues to functional leadership for
adjustments to human resources, processes, commodities and tools.
Establishes and maintains positive relationships with Customers and
Sponsors to ensure alignment and support. Required Experience
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a related field 5 years of
related experience in program management or multiple functions
working with program management. Will be required to obtain
Security Clearance
