Job Description Job Description Must have completed Behavior
Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A full-time position is
available for a Behavior Specialist with an active Registered
Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in a school setting. This
role is based onsite in Providence, RI, supporting a 1:1 caseload
at a high school. The contract runs from ASAP through June 15,
2026, with working hours from 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Key
Responsibilities: Provide direct behavioral support to students
with special needs on a 1:1 basis Implement behavior intervention
plans in collaboration with school staff Collect and document data
related to student behavior and progress Participate in team
meetings to develop and adjust behavioral strategies Ensure
compliance with all relevant policies and procedures within the
school environment Qualifications: Active Registered Behavior
Technician (RBT) certification is required Experience working with
students in a school setting preferred Strong communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a
multidisciplinary team Commitment to supporting student growth and
positive behavioral outcomes Location:Providence, Rhode Island This
