Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A temporary
opportunity is available for a certified Speech-Language
Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary students on leave coverage
in Westfield, MA. This contract position involves working with
young learners from kindergarten through fourth grade in a school
setting, providing essential speech and language services.
Responsibilities include delivering direct speech therapy services
to students individually, in small groups, or within inclusion
classrooms. The role requires conducting evaluations for IEP
eligibility, participating in IEP meetings, writing goals, and
monitoring and documenting student progress consistently. The
position demands strong collaboration with educators and special
education teams to ensure student success. Key Qualifications: -
Valid SLP certification with a Certificate of Clinical Competence
(CCC) preferred - Experience working within school settings,
specifically with elementary-aged children - Ability to conduct
speech-language evaluations, develop IEP goals, and track progress
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with diverse
student needs - Willingness to complete required district
onboarding procedures Location & Hours: - Westfield, MA -
Elementary School setting serving K-4th grades - Approximately 17
hours per week - Contract duration: Immediate start through
approximately February 13, 2026, with possible extensions to
complete makeup services This role offers the chance to make a

this position ranges from $42.13 to $62.13. Eligible candidates may
