Job Description Job Description Benefits: 401(k) matching Free uniforms Training & development Responsibilities Responsible for executing repairs, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on, including but not limited to, indoor lighting systems, electrical systems, outdoor facility lighting, signs, parking lot lights, wall packs, indoor and outdoor neon. Strong electrical troubleshooting background highly recommended. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Capable of completing minor and major sign and lighting service repairs. Capable of repainting a sign in the field. Repair and replace plex/acrylic/polycarb faces in signs. Knowledge of neon units and transformers. Knowledge of LED systems and how to troubleshoot outages. Fluorescent lamp and ballast troubleshooting. HID lighting troubleshooting, parking lot lights, exterior lighting, & wall packs. Marginal Duties & Responsibilities Installs signs as needed. Perform truck and equipment maintenance as needed. Fill out reports, paperwork, and customer information as needed. Performs other functions as necessary or as assigned. Schedule: 10 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Overtime Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Maintenance: 2 years (Preferred) License/Certification: CDL B or higher (Preferred)
