The auto damage claims adjuster – trainee is a training position for those who aspire to move into the auto damage claims adjuster role. As an associate, you’ll complete training designed to prepare you complete vehicle damage estimates and/or oversee the estimatic quality of repair facilities. You’ll also complete vehicle inspections, write estimates, determine total loss evaluations, and set clear expectations and timelines. Upon successful completion of training, the auto damage trainee role will prepare you for career advancement toward an auto damage claims adjuster role. This is a field position with access to a company car and frequent driving within your assigned geographical area. We assess our workload collectively, which means you may cover assignments outside your geographical area. You may also be required to report into an office occasionally.
