Job Type: Full-Time Company Overview: We are a well-established
general contracting firm specializing in high-end commercial
construction throughout the Greater Boston area. With a reputation
for delivering exceptional projects on time and within budget, we
are seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent to join our
team. Position Summary: We are hiring a Commercial Superintendent
to lead a 15-month ground-up commercial construction project on
Martha’s Vineyard. Upon completion, the candidate will transition
into a full-time superintendent role based in Boston, MA. The ideal
candidate has a strong background in commercial construction,
exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage all
on-site activities efficiently Qualifications: 7 years of
experience as a superintendent on commercial construction projects
Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work on
Martha’s Vineyard full-time for the duration of the project OSHA 30
certification required Valid driver’s license and reliable
