Client Details About the client: Office located in Portland, ME Projects located throughout Maine, primarily Southern ME 60 employees Construction & Development firm with multiple divisions; Commercial, Multifamily, an Residential, and more In business for over 50 years Description The Project Manager will be responsible for: All Residential homes up to $2M Self pricing the projects Creating and maintaining existing relationships with subcontractors in the area Estimating occasionally Oversee all aspects of construction projects, form planning and budgeting to execution and closeout Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Utilize construction software Profile The successful applicant will have: 5 years of experience in the construction industry Residential experience, up to $2M Experience with construction software and MS Office A go-getter mentality, self starter, hard worker Job Offer The candidate will receive: Competitive base salary, up to $95,000 401k company match PTO, Sick days, Holidays Health & Dental Insurance Annual bonus potential MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
