Pest Assassins is looking for a dependable, hard-working and motivated individual for our Route Coordinator/ CSR position. We are seeking someone with a genuine passion for providing quality customer service. This position will be based out of our Smithfield, RI office. Pest control experience preferred but not required. Responsibilities: Assist with all inbound communication from prospective and existing customers including phone, text, email and website submissions. Assist with inbound alerts from technicians and resolve. Input customer data into system and schedule inspections and services as needed. Resolving customer issues & concerns by providing exceptional customer service. Monitor routes and communicate with technicians of reschedules or other changes. Work with field reps and manager directly to update customer information. Ensure customer database is up to date. Correct customer data as needed to ensure accuracy. Manage accounts receivable and collection efforts. Manage administrative requests and tasks. Effectively handle cancellation requests and manage reinstatement efforts. Assist in the daily and weekly scheduling of service routes using routing software. Complete and distribute daily service reports.
