Fidelity Investments is seeking an experienced Director of Asset Management for our Treasurer's Office based at our Boston, MA headquarters. The director will be integral in overseeing the firm’s asset portfolio, optimizing financial strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. This role demands profound knowledge in financial markets, proven portfolio management competencies, and strategic leadership skills. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the CFO and other senior management to drive asset growth and risk management in alignment with our corporate vision. By designing and implementing strategic asset management plans aligning with organizational financial goals. Manage portfolio risk and compliance, ensuring alignment with both internal and external policies and regulations. Collaborate with senior executives to report asset performance and provide insights for strategic decision-making. Oversee and direct asset portfolio adjustments based on market conditions to optimize financial returns. Lead, mentor, and develop the asset management team to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
