Financial Systems & Consolidations Senior Manager Why This Opportunity Stands Out: • Work for a global leader in manufacturing with cutting-edge technology • Visible role with responsibility over global financial systems and consolidation processes • Reports directly to senior leadership and manages a small, high-performing team • Hybrid role, 2 days in office • Fast-paced, collaborative culture focused on innovation and process improvement • Key role in shaping the financial infrastructure during a time of growth and system enhancement • Stable and well-established organization with global reach Key Responsibilities for the Senior Manager, Financial Systems and Consolidations: • Oversee financial systems including SAP S4 Hana Central Finance, Blackline, and OneStream • Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes and track close performance KPIs • Manage intercompany reconciliation and eliminations to ensure accurate consolidation • Support development of consolidated financial statements and management reports • Drive ongoing improvements to reporting, forecasting, and close processes • Collaborate with global accounting and finance teams to ensure system alignment and efficiency • Manage data integration from enterprise platforms for financial reporting accuracy Qualifications for the Senior Manager, Financial Systems and Consolidations: • Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred • 5-10 years of experience in financial systems management and consolidation • Hands-on experience with S4 Hana Central Finance, Blackline, and OneStream • Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and intercompany accounting • Proven leadership and process improvement experience • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (due to ITAR regulations)
