Job description Currently seeking a Bookkeeper for a great opportunity at a busy, fast-paced office within a production /manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will possess previous bookkeeping experience including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper Accounts Payable processing including invoice entry and weekly check-runs Accounts Receivable processing including billing and collections, cash deposits and application Prepare Journal Entries and Balance Sheet account reconciliations Assist with preparing and processing of weekly payroll and payroll tax reporting. Assist with answering phones and administrative duties within this small business office. Perform other duties assigned. Requirements of the Bookkeeper Previous bookkeeping experience Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Multi-tasking skills Strong Communication skills Analytical & Problem Solving abilities Ability to meet deadlines with little supervision Experience with Excel and accounting software (Quickbooks) is recommended. Pay Range is $20.00-24.00 based on experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
