Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a very well established firm in the Real Estate industry in the search for a Senior Property Accountant. With a portfolio in excess of $12 billion, they carry decades of experience in real estate investment, finance, development, construction management and asset management. Highlights about this opportunity: Our client's portfolio is present all over the United States High growth potential Great culture with very minimal turnover Excellent salary and benefits package Hybrid schedule Responsibilities of the Senior Property Accountant include but are not limited to: General ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and work papers for a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties Record journal entries as needed Reconcile CAM's, bill backs and calculate escalations Provide budget to actual variance analysis Assist in preparing year end and quarterly financial statements for investment funds Maintain, reconcile, and record monthly third party property management accounting Provide back up and support to the Fund Controller and Assistant Controller as needed Prepare special reports and projects, collect, analyze and summarize information and trends Senior Property Accountant requirements: BS degree in Accounting or related discipline 5 years of experience within real estate accounting Very strong excel skills Yardi experience required INJUN2025 ZRCFS LI-MP3
